Oh, What A Beautiful Morning

Today was another run in beautiful Coronado with the track club, and let's not forget about the outstanding weather we've had today, in the mid to high 70s. I feel blessed to be here! Today we ran a different route. Instead of running to the Silver Strand and back, we ran around the island twice -- and a little more to fit in 2:15 hours. I had my GPS all set to go, but I must accidentally hit pause when I placed the phone in my armband because it paused any recording. When I finished the run there was nothing but zeros. I did use my stop watche on my heart rate monitor, so I had an idea, but I started the stop watch after I was already running. I had to manually track my run. After entering that information on the Bones in Motion site, I realized that I shorted myself about a half mile. I just can't go in and edit the map once I've saved it. I'm guessing I did close to 14 miles. Since it's also the day before Easter, we were missing many runners, but there were still a lot of us on the roads.
