I Could Write A Book

Rain is predicted for the weekend. I'm hoping rain won't be an issue for Saturday, which is our first SDTC marathon training meet-up.

I've gone ahead and joined up Blog 365. We'll see how well it goes. I'm supposed to blog every day for one year. I was a little apprehensive about doing this because I was so over daily blogging for just a month in November. Perhaps this would be a good opportunity to take more pictures and work on my photography skills. Blog 365 is all about posting daily, which includes pictures -- It doesn't have to be about writing.

I'm not sure what's up, but my dog, Logan, and male tabby cat, Lumpy, have been hanging out together these days. The dog has actually shown that she cares for the cat. A couple of nights ago Logan was scratching at my son's door and would not leave my son alone. Finally, my son got up and Logan led my son to the sun room. Lumpy was locked in the sun room and this upset Logan. The past week, these two animals have greeted each other in the morning when we get up with no confrontation what-so-ever. Now, if we could just figure out how to get the other two cats to call a truce with the dog, then we'd have something, but the other two cats have declared warfare on the poor dog. Oh well. One out of three isn't so bad.

Yesterday's song:
Height Is A Beautiful Thing - Silent Violet (Good try, Barbie!)

Peace

Katie,
Which is exactly why I signed up, too. ;) Happy New year!

Barbie2be,
Winner! Yep, there are soooo many. I was a bit daunted but I'll give blog365 a whirl and see how it goes.
