I didn't sleep all that well last night. DH said I tossed and turned all night... Yes, I have a lot on my mind, and my mind wouldn't shut off...
Things in life aren't always as they seem... Just when I think things are peachy and all is right with the world, something happens to shake things up... I just found out that my sister and her husband are getting separated. It's hard to see the people you love be in so much emotional termoil... This is a complete shock.
Things that went right:
*30 minute HIIT cardio on the recumbent bike at the gym. It helped to pedal off some of that pent up frustration...
*I was GLAD I had my Ipod today because the gym music was wrong!
*Food and liquid intake is squeaky clean today.
Things that need improvement:
*Get to bed early tonight.
