Bend And Snap

I gave the New York City Ballet Workout a try today, and I feel so uncoordinated. (I was yelling at the TV monitor, "slow down, I didn't get that part yet!") The workout really isn't that difficult, but I'm still working on getting strength back in my leg and it doesn't want to cooperate the way it used to. I also had a hard time doing floor exercises that required being on my right side, and that was a little bit painful. This workout will be good for getting my hip flexors to move better, as they're still a bit tight. This workout will be a good precursor to getting back into weight training as well. I thought I could jump back into heavy duty weight training, but not at this time. Running will follow, too.
