Woo Hoo

Day 12- Half Marathon Traning Schedule - 10K

1:12:13 = an 11:04 minute mile. I did okay and felt slightly faster than last time I ran the lake route, but my stomach is still not quite right. Yay for today because I cut about 5 minutes off my last 10K run at the lake. SmileyCentral.com

It seems like I have more good running days than not, so I'm pretty happy. The stomach thing is lingering a little, but there is improvement.
