On the way to our Thanksgiving feast, we witnessed a rainbow. The shot was tricky because it was raining, I was driving, and my husband had no clue how to turn on my camera. It took a few tries, but then he got it.
Our photographer for the remainder of the day. A self portrait.
The centerpiece. I kind of thought this is where he was going with most of his pictures...
BUT(T), I was wrong. There were a lot of photos just like this one.
So, someone got Evan's, too.
Friday's song:

Too cute! I love when you turn the camera over to the boys. Even Michael ended up being a good shot.
Fun pictures! And I can't believe I didn't get "Black Friday" as I was a HUGE Steely Dan fan back in the day!
Hi Irene,
First off, great blog. I have been checking-in on Magazine's Smiles over the last few weeks and thought now may be a good time to reach out. You are doing an excellent job of creating community and interest with your writing.
My name is Ryan and I'd like to know if you'd be interested in trying-out and reviewing (on your site/blog) an innovative new laundry solution for activewear clothing - ProWash activewear detergent.
As you may already know, most athletic clothing these days is designed to retain sweat and maintain a dry feel to the skin, enhancing athletic performance and experience. However, when these same clothes are washed after a workout, ordinary laundry detergents are unable to remove the odors and bacteria, leaving them stuck in the nooks and crannies of high performance fabric. Fortunately, the creators of Dry Cleaner's Secret have engineered an innovative solution: ProWash. Now, consumers have a product they can trust to quickly and easily clean and eliminate odors, bacteria and stains from activewear clothing.
Do you think you would be interested in trying it out and posting a review about it on your site/blog? If so, all I need is your name and mailing address and I'll mail you a full-sized container of ProWash to experience for yourself.
Thank you for your kind consideration and I look forward to hearing from you. Keep up the great work with your site/blog!
Warm regards,
Ryan
PS - Here is a recent news article that articulately explores ProWash in detail:

NSM showed her son how to work the timer on her camera and he went CRAZY with it. but we did get some really cute shots. :)
AKA Alice,
I think I counted about 8 butt pictures in the bunch... LOL. Winner!!!
Penny,
Next time!
Anne,
Most of the time Evan has some thought to his pictures. Well, I guess he was thinking with those butt pictures, however, I guess that's where his eye level is!
Leslie,
Some days everyone knows the song! I love when I give Evan the camera.
Ryan,
I'll check it out.
Barbie2be,
Self timer is the next lesson... :)
It was fun, though. I'm also trying to nurture the creative side.
