Tonight was the track club workout. It was tough because I'm still recouping from 17 miles yesterday, but I was able to stay with in my predicted range for running 800s, so I guess I wasn't too bad off. My quad just suddenly stoped bothering me, which I'm happy about. I'm not sure what changed, perhaps it was waiting until Monday to run, more rest.
