Some Like It Hot

Photobucket

I don't know what it is about the Olympics that makes me stop doing what ever it is I'm doing and watch a sport I know next to nothing about. I find myself cheering for the the athletes, all of them, not just the ones from my country. I love it!

Oh, oh...it's that group from the 80s with Robert Palmer. Power Station? I think that was the name.

I'm with you. There's something about watching true athletes giving it their all -- and looking so effortless doing it -- that is just addictive to watch. Can't imagine what I'm going to be like next week when the track & field events start!

We've had fun watching them too. We were watching swimming and cycling last night. We're recording blocks of time and having a ball watching them workout and cheering for them!

Anne,
Very impressive! Winner! I'll be on the cruise so I hope I'm able to catch the track and field events! I'm on pins and needles now watching swimming!

Michelle,
It's amazing, isn't it? I'm in awe of all of the athletes. I couldn't imagine being anywhere close to that level. Just amazing.
