Over the labor day week end I ended up with the flu, so no work out and no running. I did feel much better today and did a 2.5 mile run in about 21 minutes, which included a few hills. I was also incorporating HIIT (high intensity interval training) on this run, so I was able to really kick things in gearfor those hills. With the 3 day weekend, comes a little over endulging, so the weight is slightly up but only by 2 pounds. I'm sure it will be back down in a few days. No run events in the near future but something may come up.
