Still ran well overall, but definitely could have been better. There's always the next one :)

Great job on your race though, sounds like you had a blast. It was a nice course though, great views!Sdrunnerhttp://www.trail-running-blog.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12534874.post-38080234885620423982009-11-16T06:55:07.475-08:002009-11-16T06:55:07.475-08:00You did a great job. I just think that topped off an otherwise perfectday for running. Gosh it's great to live in Southern California....

And that's a great time for not training spcifically for a HM! You should be able to kill your old PR! I'm still a newbie at this running stuff, but something that strikes me is that more (as in training) isn't always better. No, it wasn't because of THE bush either. By the way, I love the random hug at the end of the race. I tend to do that to random people at the end of races...I wonder if I really freak people out!?
Great pace, nice way to start your week!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00129091073767399081noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12534874.post-37317175875391152082009-11-15T19:54:20.925-08:002009-11-15T19:54:20.925-08:00I meant LMAO...I meant LMAO...Aka Alicehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09691390225208616675noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12534874.post-15392306321808456162009-11-15T19:53:52.439-08:002009-11-15T19:53:52.439-08:00LMOA...that I could be so helpful (I find that a g...LMOA...that I could be so helpful (I find that a good laugh at mile 7 is an excellent thing!)
