That's weird that the Blogger Beta version won't let you post comments... One would think they would be in sync.

Cathy,
The ankle thing is weird. I'm looking into getting a different shoe now, which seems to be a never ending battle. I hope I can continue with the weights and progress heavier.

Pamela,
Oh, I know of which you speak!!! I have cut back my training... Nope, you're not nagging... Thanks for the concern!!!Irenehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03163803961338323135noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12534874.post-1157946221157509802006-09-10T20:43:00.000-07:002006-09-10T20:43:00.000-07:00WOW 20k! be careful of the ankle tho hon... ye...WOW 20k! be careful of the ankle tho hon... yes I know I'm a nag..but I know of what I speak.. :PPamelahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15008435550269835296noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12534874.post-1157945338232613152006-09-10T20:28:00.000-07:002006-09-10T20:28:00.000-07:00Hope the 20K went well. I need to get back to weight training more regularly soon.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12534874.post-1157840090961115022006-09-09T15:14:00.000-07:002006-09-09T15:14:00.000-07:00Nice work!! I use 25# weights and a slight incline for dumbbell flys. My armpits hurt a lot.

Hope your 20K run/walk goes well. Take care of that ankle! Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

ss*

*Just upgraded Blogger to the new Beta version and it won't let me post comments on non-upgraded blogs while I'm logged in.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
