It was awful but (stubborn me) stuck with marathon training. I just cut back my training days and slowed down. My goal was to finish, and I did. This year I'm not plagued with so much pain, just the usual muscle sorness from working out. I'm not sure if I can attribute that to fish oil capsules, but that's the only thing that's different.

Thanks, again, for visiting!
IreneIrenehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03163803961338323135noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12534874.post-1145055526951678182006-04-14T15:58:00.000-07:002006-04-14T15:58:00.000-07:00WOW! I bow down to you and your marathon training!...WOW! I bow down to you and your marathon training! I wish I could run, but alas, the knees don't like it. But I love the runner's high that comes with it!

Congrats on getting in that UBWO!KatieFeldmomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11085914877352029630noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12534874.post-1145042081023430712006-04-14T12:14:00.000-07:002006-04-14T12:14:00.000-07:00The mileage has been built up over the past 6 mont...The mileage has been built up over the past 6 months, so, theoretically, 16 miles shouldn't be that intimidating, but it still is. We just have to prepare. I don't like to run in the rain, either, but I might not have much of a choice. We have to get that mileage in!Irenehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03163803961338323135noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12534874.post-1145038951871754812006-04-14T11:22:00.000-07:002006-04-14T11:22:00.000-07:0016 freakin miles, I couldn't even imagine. I'm going to try and go outside as much as possible, but I won't run in the rain or cold.Donnahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14453396608731430565noreply@blogger.com
